“To Great Friends and New Families”

The Estate Philosophy • Russian River & Oakville

Purity of Fruit. Provenance of Place. Devotion to Family.

“Our mission is simple: to steward stellar benchland vineyards to greatness, transmitting balance, elegance, and pure terroir in every bottle.”

Born of Friendship, Dedicated to New Beginnings

Audelyn was inspired by co-founder Blake Burnham's twin daughters, Audrey and Madelyn, welcomed into the world in October 2013. The two swans in our logo symbolize an unbreakable, lifelong bond. Much like the unique connection between siblings, this wine is crafted to celebrate elegance, love, purity, and enduring partnership.

The name Audelyn carries a double meaning. “Great friends” speaks to the decades-long friendship between co-founders Blake Burnham and Mitchell Masotti, the bond that got this brand off the ground. “New families” speaks to Audrey and Madelyn, whose arrival gave that friendship a new reason to build something lasting.

Winemaker Mitchell Masotti brings over a decade of handcrafting 100-point benchmark California wines to Audelyn, sourcing exclusively from two legendary vineyard sites: the Pellegrini Family's Cousins Vineyard on Olivet Lane in Russian River Valley and the esteemed Tench Estate in Oakville, Napa Valley.

“Audelyn Wines looks forward to many years of crafting exceptional wines. We believe life's best moments are shared with those closest to you, and we're honored to be part of those moments with your family and friends.”— Blake Burnham & Mitchell Masotti, Co-Founders

The Voice of the Vintage

“Each growing season along Olivet Lane and the Oakville Bench tells a unique story of maritime fog, soil drainage, and barrel maturation.”

Olivet Lane • Russian River Valley

2023 Audelyn Pinot Noir

Rated 95 Points

“In 2023, winter rains provided crucial groundwater to Russian River benches. Hand-picked on September 27 at peak phenolic ripeness, 50% Clone 23 and 50% Mount Eden fruit was co-fermented with 10% whole cluster. A 5-day cold soak at 56°F yielded intense aromatic vibrancy — dark raspberry, Earl Grey tea, and crushed rose petal. Aged 17 months in 70% new French Oak (Francois Frères MTG, Boutes), delivering a silky, lingering texture with focused cool-climate acidity.”

2022 “The Swing” Pinot Noir

Rated 96 Points

“A warmer morning on September 15 accelerated ripening of 100% Clone 23 (Mariafeld). We performed an immediate 25% saignée and a 15% whole-cluster tank fermentation to concentrate pure red cherry and wild raspberry notes. Post-macerated on skins and pressed at negative Brix into 60% new French Oak (Rémond Allier & Bertranges, Francois Frères). The result is round, plush, and deeply expressive.”

The Geography of Character

Our Vineyards & Terroir

We focus our production entirely on two prime California micro-appellations, capturing distinct structural soils and wind microclimates.

Russian River ValleySonoma Pinot Noir

The Cold Marine Fog Bed

Goldridge Sandy Loam • Morning Marine Layers

Home to our Pinot Noir grapes. The Russian River Valley is blessed with deep marine fog banks that roll in from the Pacific Ocean through the Petaluma Gap. This cooling layer blanket shields the fragile berries from harsh midday sun, slowing the ripening process.

The sand-like Goldridge soils drain water rapidly, forcing grapevines to push root networks deep into the dry earth. This yields tiny berry clusters packed with elegant, vibrant acidity and pure strawberry-rhubarb notes.

The Red Volcanic Clay Loam

Volcanic Bale Clay • Intense Midday Warmth

Home of our Hana Cuvée. Nestled between the Vaca and Mayacamas mountain ranges, the Oakville AVA is a sanctuary for Cabernet Sauvignon. It receives warm sunlight balanced by gentle breezes from the San Pablo Bay.

The red volcanic clay loam soils are mineral-rich, restricting berry size and swelling the fruit skin-to-juice ratio. This yields robust, highly concentrated grapes with majestic fine-grained tannins, cacao notes, and severe cellaring longevity.
