The benchland Goldridge sandy loam soils along Olivet Lane provide ideal drainage and minerality for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The daily rhythm of Pacific morning fog followed by warm afternoon sun allows us to pick fruit at peak phenolic ripeness while retaining crisp, food-friendly acidity.
